JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
As an Associate, the candidate should manage healthy, cordial, ethical relationship with the customers assigned in line with the client’s policies and procedures
Should be able to navigate through various client applications (Eg: CRM, Billing System, Terminologies)
Generate Sale from the existing customer base by outbound calls
Up sell of products by understanding the customer requirements and usage
Evaluate need of the customer & suggest appropriate products as per feasibility
Responsible to meet sales targets provided monthly and YTD
