Job Description :
* B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / Others from recognized university are eligible to apply
* As a Service Desk Associate at Dimension Data, your work will be fundamental in analyzing our client's infrastructure and related architectures, and providing strategies and solutions
* You will be the person tasked with maximizing the client's technology efficiency to promote growth and reduce costs
* You will focus on the hardware and software life cycles such as hardware platforms, n-tier levels, databases, operating systems and storage
* We will ask you to highlight and analyze the client's current infrastructure environments, to identify risks and develop strategies and solutions to combat the highlighted risks
* We will need you to develop processes to ensure that development is in line with the technical architecture principles and policies
* We will rely on you to develop business orientated disaster recovery plans and guidelines to protect the IT facilities of our clients
